Due to the small friction force, the heat generated by friction is minimal, which can greatly reduce the wear of the contact surface of the running track and maintain high positioning accuracy, walking accuracy and low wear for a long time.
2. High rigidity - Since the slide rail and track are designed with equal load in four directions, they must have sufficient resistance to loads from all directions, and have the ability to automatically adjust the center, allowing for large installation errors to make processing easier, and can be applied with sufficient preload to achieve high rigidity.
3. Easy maintenance - compared to traditional sliding systems, both have the action of shoveling or grinding the running track surface, and the abrasion caused by sliding often makes the machine have to be re-shoveled or ground for a period of time, which is time-consuming and costly. The linear slide rail is interchangeable, and the walking accuracy of the machine can be restored if replaced or repaired.
4. High speed - because the slider is in contact with the track and the steel ball by rolling point, the friction coefficient is extremely small and it is not easy to generate heat, so only a small amount of power is required to drive the machine to run, because the required driving force is small and the power consumption is low, so it is more suitable for high-speed operation than the sliding device.
