(1) High positioning accuracy When using a linear slide rail as a linear guide, because the friction mode of the linear slide rail is rolling friction, not only the friction coefficient is reduced to 1/50 of the sliding guide, but also the gap between the dynamic friction force and the static friction force becomes very small. The lateral load is lighter, which can easily cause poor operation accuracy of the machine.
(5) Easy to assemble and interchangeable. When assembling, as long as the assembly surface of the slide rail on the machine stage is milled or ground, and the slide rail and slider are fixed on the machine stage with a specific torque according to the recommended steps, the high precision during processing can be reproduced. The traditional sliding guide requires shoveling the running track, which is laborious and time-consuming, and once the machine accuracy is poor, it must be shoveled again. The linear slide rail is interchangeable, and the slider or slide rail or even the linear slide rail group can be replaced separately, and the machine can regain high-precision guidance.
(6) The lubrication structure is simple. If the sliding guide is not lubricated enough, it will cause direct friction loss of the contact surface metal. It is not easy for the sliding guide to be fully lubricated, and it is necessary to drill holes in the appropriate position of the bed to supply oil.
