Interchangeable linear slide accuracy
The accuracy of interchangeable linear slides is the same as that of non-interchangeable linear slides when the slider is assembled on a single slide rail, but if it is assembled on different slides, due to the height error of the slide rail, its paired height and width accuracy are slightly inferior to that of non-interchangeable linear slides, while the accuracy of walking parallelism is the same as that of non-interchangeable linear slides.
Standard length and maximum length of single slide rail
The standard length of the slide rail is available in stock to meet customer needs. If the customer orders a non-standard length slide rail, the size of the end face distance E should preferably not be greater than 1/2P to prevent the instability of the rear end of the slide rail assembly due to the large size of E, and reduce the accuracy of the linear slide rail. It is also not advisable to use too small an E value (less than Emin) to avoid bolt hole breakage.
