For some oil stains, it should also be scrubbed clean, and special cleaning agents can be used to stop cleaning.
Linear bearings need to be connected with screws, and the screws on the equipment need to be checked. At the same time, the sealing of the screws should be checked, and the fastened threads should be kept in good condition. Otherwise, the new linear bearing device cannot be effectively tightened when it is stopped tightening, which will lead to the loosening of the linear bearing.
Before the linear bearing is installed, the operator should check the bearing comprehensively, mainly to check whether there is friction in the internal control, whether there are scratches or rust on the surface of the linear bearing, if there is such a situation, it is necessary to stop the replacement before the installation, and to check whether the connection of the spindle is reliable and whether the operation of the equipment is normal.
